The above control panel was built to control a conveyor system to transport iron castings to a shot blast machine. This control panel contains a two rack PLC, 15 motor starters (Across the line and reversing)and 6 variable frequency drives.

The above control panel was built to control and monitor a cement manufacturing facility. It consisted of a three rack PLC, 24VDC power supply, and numeruos 120 volt relays.

|
The above control panel was built to control a chemical recovery system. The panel consisted of a PLC with expansion rack, door mounted viewing monitor and chart recorder, 24VDC power supply, intrinsic barriers and pneumatic valves. Also, since this panel was to be installed in a chemical plant it had to be pressurized to prevent gases from entering, a pressure regulating/monitoring system was installed.

Along with the larger systems we assemble we also build small projects. Below are a few examples.

The above unit supplies heated and cooled air to a robot that operates in in an automotive test chamber in which the temperature varies from - 40 degrees up to 170 degrees. It consisted of a squirrel cage heater and a vortex air cooler and long with temperature switches.
